This cheesecake is made by mixing cream cheese and sour cream with just the right amount of sourness and refreshing flavor, and is made with fragrant Uji matcha grown in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture. Please enjoy the richness and gentle sweetness of the cheesecake that spreads as soon as you put it in your mouth, and the harmony of the bitterness and astringency of the matcha that melts in your mouth.
For our cheesecake, we choose cane sugar instead of white sugar to create a gentle sweetness.
Both the cheese part and the matcha part are made without using flour.
