The inspiration to make "Mama's Cheesecake" began nine years ago.
When I was a junior high school student, my mother, who was always working,
I made a cheesecake for my grandmother who used to cook for me.
I made gateau chocolat for my sister, who was working part-time for her family while still in high school.
