Rich, moist, and slightly bitter. A rich gateau chocolate with a moist texture and a slightly bitter taste, made by blending two types of black chocolate, carefully melting them with fresh cream and butter until smooth, and finishing with decaffeinated coffee and plain sugar.

Mama's Gateau Chocolat does not contain flour, white sugar, preservatives, or fragrances. Gateau chocolat is baked without using any flour so that everyone from small children to grandparents can have a safe, delicious and enjoyable time.

The sugar used is mineral-rich sutaki sugar, which is made only from sugar cane produced in the Amami Islands, and is baked with a gentle sweetness in mind. This sugar has been heat sterilized to kill Clostridium botulinum, so even small children can enjoy it with confidence.

The amount of cane sugar used for one bottle of Mama's Gateau Chocolat is 20g, and when cut into 6 pieces, only 3.3g is used per cut, making it delicious even for those who don't like sweets or those who refrain from eating sweets. I am conscious of the gentle sweetness that I can become.
