The cane sugar used in Mama's Cheesecake is made using only sugar cane from the Amami Islands, so it contains trace amounts of taste substances such as minerals, polyphenols, and amino acids, which impair the deliciousness of the ingredients. During the manufacturing process, we sterilize Clostridium botulinum and heat sterilize necessary to break down the botulinum toxin, so the risk of Clostridium botulinum is extremely low, making this sugar safe for children to enjoy.
