The cream cheese and sour cream are slowly melted in a hot water bath, and the rice flour and fresh cream from Toyama Prefecture are melted together to create a smooth texture, a rich cream that fills your mouth, and a refreshing aftertaste that melts easily.

The block cake is made with cookie dough baked with peanuts and rice flour underneath the cheese dough. Enjoy the melting texture and harmony of cookies.

Cream cheese

We don't use lemon so that moms and children can eat together, and instead we use the richness of creamy cream cheese and the refreshing sourness of sour cream.

We use cream cheese made from 100% raw milk from southern Hokkaido, the birthplace of dairy farming in Hokkaido. We have carefully selected a cream cheese that is incomparably creamy with products made overseas, has a refreshing flavor from four types of lactic acid bacteria, and is low in salt, making it perfect for Mom's cheesecake.

[Mama's cheesecake with gentle sweetness]

The cane sugar used in Mama's Cheesecake is made using only sugar cane from the Amami Islands, so it contains trace amounts of taste substances such as minerals, polyphenols, and amino acids, which impair the deliciousness of the ingredients. You can feel the sweetness and richness without any bitterness.


During the manufacturing process, we sterilize Clostridium botulinum and heat sterilize necessary to break down the botulinum toxin, so the risk of Clostridium botulinum is extremely low, making this sugar safe for children to enjoy.


The amount of sugar used in one cheesecake is 30g , but when cut into 6 pieces, only 5g is used per cut, making it a gentle sweet that can be enjoyed even by those who don't like sweets or those who refrain from sweets . We are conscious of this.
