This roll cake uses rice flour from Akita Prefecture for its fluffy dough and has a gentle sweetness.
The cream is finished with the original richness of creamy cream cheese and the refreshing sourness of sour cream.
We use cream cheese made from 100% raw milk from southern Hokkaido, the birthplace of dairy farming.
We have carefully selected a cream cheese that is incomparably creamy with products made overseas, has a refreshing flavor from four types of lactic acid bacteria, and is low in salt, making it perfect for Mom's cheesecake.
In addition, we use free-range eggs [Hinai chicken eggs], which are rich and rich, to create a rich and flavorful dish. You can enjoy it not only after thawing it, but also as ice cream as it is frozen.
The roll cake, which is made with an easy-to-eat dough that melts in your mouth and is generously coated with mamachi cream, is popular not only as a treat for yourself, but also as a souvenir or gift.
