We don't use lemon so that mothers and children can enjoy it, and instead we use the natural richness of cheese and the refreshing sourness of sour cream.

Cream cheese and sour cream were slowly melted in a double boiler, and plenty of fresh cream was added. You can enjoy the richness of cheese and the refreshing taste of sour cream, which is similar to yogurt.

Free of preservatives, fragrances, and flour

Mama's Cheesecake does not use preservatives, flavorings, or flour. No additives are used in the processing of Mama's Cheesecake; it only contains an emulsifier for the cream cheese ingredient, so everyone from small children to the elderly can enjoy it.

gentle sweetness

The amount of cane sugar used for one Mama's Cheesecake is 30g, but when cut into 6 pieces, only 5g is used per cut, making it delicious even for those who don't like sweets or those who refrain from eating sweets. We are conscious of the gentle sweetness.

The sugar we use is mineral-rich Sutaki sugar, which is made only from sugar cane produced in the Amami Islands. This sugar has been heat sterilized to kill Clostridium botulinum, so even small children can enjoy it with confidence.

Cheesecake with a melting texture

When asked about the characteristics of my mom's cheesecake, the first thing I answer is " texture ."

This might be just me, but

"Food that melts in your mouth makes me happy."

We went through a lot of trial and error to achieve a melt-in-your-mouth texture that melts the moment you put it in your mouth. In order to make it melt in your mouth, the ingredients are slowly melted in a hot water bath and then baked in a hot water bath.

Rice flour cookies and peanut cookie dough are placed under the cheese dough. Enjoy the harmony of melting texture and crispy cookies.

  • Melty texture! To fully thaw, store at room temperature or refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours.
  • Crispy texture! If partially thawed, refrigerate for approximately 2 to 3 hours.
  • It's like an iced cheesecake! You can enjoy it deliciously even when frozen.

*The colder the food, the less sweet the person's sense of taste, and the more sour it becomes.

  • The cake will be very soft after thawing, so please remove it carefully to avoid sticking it to the packaging.
  • After thawing, please consume as soon as possible regardless of the expiration date.
  • Enjoy with coffee, tea, or chai.
