This is Sakugo from Mama's Cheesecake, a shop specializing in rice flour sweets and cheesecakes.

It was a sudden announcement, but from February next year, Mama's Cheesecake will be opening a store with a cafe attached. It is located on the same site as Fukumitsu Barrow in Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture, and is conveniently located just one train ride from Kanazawa.

What we want to accomplish with this place is to create a place where people and expression can come together through food, so we will not only be open for lunch and cafe operations, but also create a town with the Sweets Marche that we have held three times in the past, events that bring together artists and entrepreneurs, and challenge shops. That's it. We will create a place that will become a hub for the region.

However, the current issue is a lack of funds.

The minimum required funds of 20 million yen were covered by a loan, but at first we will only be using about half of the space.

The remaining half requires about 10 million yen, so we will be conducting crowdfunding this time.
