Nice to meet you, my name is Kotomi and I am the chief pastry chef.
I started making "Mom's Cheesecake" nine years ago.
At the time, I couldn't do anything while watching my mother, who was a single mother and was busy working to provide for her two daughters. When I was a junior high school student, I made cheesecake for my mother, who worked all the time, and my grandmother, who cooked for her, and gateau chocolat for my sister, who worked part-time while still in high school for the family. I did.
Started as Mama's Cheesecake
Mama's Cheesecake began operations in June 2021. I wanted busy working people like my mom to eat this cake when they were feeling overwhelmed, so I started making it in a shared kitchen in Tokyo and selling it online and at events.
At first, I was constantly making prototypes based on feedback from friends and acquaintances. The cheesecake that we believe in was born.
