We made a rich and melt-in-your-mouth cheesecake using seasonal pumpkin.
We use pumpkin grown without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides from Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture, which is characterized by its rich and gentle flavor, and we have created a smooth texture by carefully mixing cream cheese and sour cream. Furthermore, we slowly added fresh cream to create a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

It's a dish that takes advantage of the refreshing taste of Mama's cheesecake, while the warm sweetness of the pumpkin makes it feel like autumn.

Haga, a chief pastry chef, was born to a mother who was a single-parent family, and after working hard every day, she would come home without a break, cook meals, wash and dry the accumulated clothes, and then go to work. At that time, she couldn't do anything while her mother was always busy.
