チーズケーキのおもいで。

In memory of cheesecake.

My grandmother's favorite food is cheesecake.

I learned how to cook from my grandmother.
When I was in elementary school, my mother worked all day long, so my sisters and I always went to stay at our grandmother's house on Saturdays and Sundays.

Grandma got married at the age of 19,
Since then, I have become a mother and have been cooking for six people in my family, so my experience and knowledge is comparable to that of a professional.

My grandma taught me everything about cooking, from how to hold a knife to how to cut apples, to put a lid on when making stews, and when to fry foods.

I'm looking forward to learning from Auntie, why? Why? My grandmother asked me questions, and before I knew it, my skills had improved to the point where I surpassed my sister, who was three years older than me.

I have fond memories of making my high school sister's lunch every day when I was in middle school. (When I tell anyone about this, my sister always gets angry and says, "Don't tell me." lol)

The beginning of the beginning of Mama's Cheesecake.

My grandma's favorite food is cheesecake. My grandma is the best in Japan when it comes to making meals, but she can't make cakes and other sweets at all.

My grandmother used to say, ``I think I could do it if I wanted to, but I never did.''

When I learned about this as a junior high school student, I started thinking, ``Maybe I'll become the best at making cakes in my family.I want to make my grandma smile.''

This is how Mama's Cheesecake started.

Grandma used to buy cheesecake from a small pink cake shop in her neighborhood.
This is a rustic and gently sweet cheesecake with a strong taste of the cookie below.

At first, I made many prototypes to achieve this cheesecake. From splashing cream cheese all over the kitchen to burning my arm in the oven, I put a lot of time and love into each cheesecake.

I got excited and thought, ``I wonder what my grandma's face will look like when I take it to her on the weekend.''

This is my memory of cheesecake and my grandmother.
