Rich but with a refreshing aftertaste.

Cream cheese made from 100% raw milk from southern Hokkaido, the birthplace of Hokkaido's dairy farming, and domestic sour cream are slowly melted in a hot water bath, and then mixed with plenty of fresh cream. You can enjoy the richness of cheese and the refreshing taste of sour cream, which is similar to yogurt.

We don't use lemon so that mothers and children can enjoy it, and instead we use the natural richness of cheese and the refreshing sourness of sour cream.


No refined sugar, preservatives, or fragrances

Mama's Cheesecake does not use white sugar, preservatives, or flavorings. No additives are used in the processing of Mama's Cheesecake, only an emulsifier is added to the cream cheese, and rice flour is used for the cookie part.

gentle sweetness

The amount of cane sugar used for one Mama's Cheesecake is 30g, but when cut into 6 pieces, only 5g is used per cut, making it delicious even for those who don't like sweets or those who refrain from eating sweets. We are conscious of the gentle sweetness.

The sugar we use is mineral-rich Sutaki sugar, which is made only from sugar cane produced in the Amami Islands. This sugar has been heat sterilized to kill Clostridium botulinum, so even small children can enjoy it with confidence.

Cheesecake with a melting texture

When asked about the characteristics of my mom's cheesecake, the first thing I answer is " texture ."

This might be just me, but

"Food that melts in your mouth makes me happy."

We went through a lot of trial and error to achieve a melt-in-your-mouth texture that melts the moment you put it in your mouth. In order to make it melt in your mouth, the ingredients are slowly melted in a hot water bath and then baked in a hot water bath.

Underneath the cheese dough is a cookie dough with almonds added to the cookies. Enjoy the harmony of melting texture and crispy cookies.
