The cane sugar used in Mama's Cheesecake is made using only sugar cane from the Amami Islands, so it contains trace amounts of taste substances such as minerals, polyphenols, and amino acids, which impair the deliciousness of the ingredients. You can feel the sweetness and richness without any bitterness.

During the manufacturing process, we sterilize Clostridium botulinum and heat sterilize necessary to break down the botulinum toxin, so the risk of Clostridium botulinum is extremely low, making this sugar safe for children to enjoy.

The amount of sugar used in one cheesecake is 30g , but when cut into 6 pieces, only 5g is used per cut, making it a gentle sweet that can be enjoyed even by those who don't like sweets or those who refrain from eating sweets. We are conscious of this.
